Hot rolled finish roll is hot rolled pickling plate roll after pickling removing the oxide scale and oiling.  The product has a partial alternative to the trend of cold rolled sheet, moderate price, loved by the majority of users. 
Hot rolled plate is heated by stepping furnace and descaled by high pressure water into roughing mill. Roughing material enters finishing mill after cutting head, tail and computer controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it is cooled by laminar flow (computer controlled cooling rate) and coiler to become hot rolled coil
